I lost my red reflective dog collar from Blueberry Pet yesterday around 3pm near Smothers Park along the Owensboro Riverfront, around the Frederica Street and 2nd Street area. It’s a small-size nylon collar with a black plastic buckle, a thin white reflective stripe, and a paw-print enamel tag engraved with the name 'Luna' and my phone number. The strap has a slight fray near the buckle and a tiny dent on the buckle. It means a lot to me—Luna’s had this since we adopted her, and it helps people identify her if she wanders off.
