I found a pink reflective dog harness with a red nylon leash this afternoon around 3:30pm behind the Smothers Park riverfront area on Frederica Street in Owensboro. The harness is size small, pink with reflective piping, and it has a tiny green paw-print patch on the inside. The leash is about four feet long and shows a bit of fraying near the handle, with a small metal ring where a tag used to be.
