I found it this afternoon around 6:15pm outside Riverwalk near Smothers Park on Frederica Street. It's a men's size L navy blue North Face parka, with a bright orange zipper pull and a small tear on the left elbow. There are a couple of faint water stains on the inner lining from yesterday's rain, but otherwise it's in decent shape. I picked it up off the sidewalk by the bike racks, hoping to get it back to its owner quickly.
