Lost purple dog collar with small silver ID tag at Smothers Park, Owensboro.

I lost my dog's purple collar while we were on a walk at Smothers Park in Owensboro. The collar has a small silver ID tag with my phone number engraved on it. It probably slipped off when she started chasing a squirrel. It means a lot to me, and I would really appreciate any help in finding it.
