Small navy address book with emergency contacts

I lost my small navy blue address book with all my emergency contacts yesterday around 3pm near the Seaside Aquarium on the Promenade. It's about 4x6 inches, with a slightly bent corner, and there's a tiny whale sticker on the inner cover. The last page has a doodle of a lighthouse and a list I scribbled during a weekend trip last summer.
