Silver drop earrings with turquoise stones

I found these silver drop earrings yesterday around 3pm on the Newport Bayfront, just outside Mo's. They’re about 1 inch long with a small turquoise bead dangling from a brushed-silver teardrop. The back has a tiny nick and there's a faint engraving of the letter 'L' on one arc. They’re in good condition otherwise.
