Description
I found a black rolling suitcase while walking along the beach at Cannon Beach, Oregon Coast. It appeared to have been left behind at the edge of the parking area. The suitcase is in good condition but it doesn't have any identification tags on it. I hope to return it to its owner if someone can describe it!
