14k gold ring with sapphire and inner engraving

I lost my 14k yellow gold ring yesterday around 3pm near the South Coast Plaza Carousel Court in Costa Mesa. It's a size 7 with a tiny sapphire on the crown and 'KP' engraved on the inside. The ring was a gift from my grandmother and means a lot to me, so I really need it back. I retraced from Nordstrom to Williams-Sonoma and back to the Carousel Court, but I didn't spot it anywhere and I feel anxious without it on my finger. If anyone found it, just message me—I'd be incredibly grateful.
