Gray and white hamster with blue harness

I lost my gray-and-white hamster yesterday around 3pm near the Oneonta Public Library on Main Street. She's the size of a walnut, with soft fur, a pink nose, olive-green eyes, and she wears a tiny sky-blue harness with a small silver bell. There's a faint crescent-shaped scar on her right shoulder from a past fall. This little guy is my daughter's pet and means a lot to us; I really need to get him back safe—he has sentimental value.
