Found black leather watch with silver dial and minor scratches in Oneonta park.

Description

I found a beautiful black leather watch while jogging in the Oneonta park this morning. It has a silver dial and subtle scratches on the back, which indicate it might be used but still in great condition. I would love to return it to its owner, as I know how distressing it can be to lose a cherished item.
