Blue insulin pen in black soft case—lost yesterday

I was leaving a cafe near 31st Street and Leavenworth in Omaha around 3pm yesterday and apparently dropped my insulin pen. It’s a Novo Nordisk FlexPen with a blue cap and a white label bearing my initials 'P.K.', tucked inside a slim black fabric pouch with a thin white zipper. There’s a small coffee stain on the front of the case and a tiny sticker on the inner flap. I also keep a couple of spare test strips in there. This pen is essential for my daily doses, and I really need it back.
