Black velvet evening gown with emerald belt, lost

I was at a charity gala in downtown Oklahoma City yesterday around 7 pm, and I think I left my gown on a chair in the Colcord Hotel lobby on Main Street. It's a black velvet evening gown with an emerald-beaded belt, size 6, in excellent condition except for a tiny tear on the left hem and a faint lipstick stain on the inner lining. It was a gift from my grandmother and holds a lot of sentimental value, so I’d really appreciate getting it back.
