Found black rolling suitcase with bright floral design near Odessa bus station.

Description

I found a black rolling suitcase with a bright floral design sitting unattended near the Odessa bus station yesterday afternoon. It looked brand new, and I assumed that someone must be looking for it, as it was too nice to be left like that. I opened it up to check for any identification, but it was empty except for some packing cubes and a travel pillow.
