Delicate silver bracelet with heart charm

I found this delicate silver bracelet this afternoon around 3:15 pm outside the Odessa / Midland public library on Main Street. It's a thin 6.5-inch silver chain with a small heart charm accented by turquoise enamel, and a tiny 'M' engraved on the clasp. The bracelet looks worn but well cared for, with a soft patina that hints it's been loved for a while. I hope the owner sees this and knows it's here—it's clearly meaningful and I’d love to help get it back to whoever lost it.
