Navy blue Adrianna Papell gown, size 6

I lost my navy blue Adrianna Papell evening gown yesterday around 3pm near the downtown Ocala Clock Tower on the square, outside City Hall. It's a floor-length formal gown, size 6, with a satin belt embellished with tiny crystals and a chiffon overlay that swirls as I move. There’s a small snag on the left hem and a faint coffee stain on the back from backstage at a charity event.
