Blue passport found near Torrington Library

I found a blue passport this morning near the Torrington Public Library on Main Street in Northwestern CT around 7:30am. It's a standard U.S. passport book with a slightly worn cover and a small coffee ring near the lower right corner. On the back cover I spotted a tiny pencil mark 'AB-42,' a pretty distinctive feature I noticed without opening it. I'm happy to return it to the owner—it's important, especially if you're traveling or had plans; if this sounds like yours, please claim it.
