My sister, Emily Hart, went missing yesterday around 3 PM while she was out for a walk near the park in Northwest OK. She is 25 years old, has long brown hair, and was wearing a light blue hoodie and jeans. We've spoken to a few neighbors but haven't had any luck finding her.
