Found blue backpack with tan straps and unique rainbow and planet patches at Oak Park near picnic tables.

I found a blue backpack with tan straps sitting by the picnic tables at Oak Park in Northwest OK. It was there around noon, and I didn't see anyone nearby who looked like it belonged to them. The backpack is in great condition and has some unique patches sewn on it, including a rainbow and a planet.
