Found a bright blue and yellow friendly bird in Northwest Oklahoma that appeared to have flown away from someone's home.

Description

This little guy showed up yesterday in my yard in Northwest OK. He's bright blue with a bit of yellow on his face and very friendly. I think he might have flown away from someone’s home, as he eagerly approached me for food. I'm hoping to find his owner soon!
