I found this gray Anker PowerCore 10000mAh portable charger this afternoon around 3:15pm outside the Dollar General on Main Street in Colby, KS. It's a compact, matte-gray brick about the size of a small paperback, with a white Anker logo on the front and a tiny scratch along the bottom edge. A short blue USB-C cable was tucked beneath it, and the edge has a recessed power button with a soft glow when it's plugged in.
