Black leather belt with brass buckle – sentimental gift

I lost my black leather belt yesterday around 3pm near the downtown Hays courthouse on 2nd Street in Northwest Kansas. It's about 1.5 inches wide, made of genuine leather with a brass buckle that has my initials 'JR' engraved on the back and a tiny scratch along the left edge. It was a gift from my grandmother and I wore it with nearly everything, so it has sentimental value and I’m really hoping a kind stranger might have picked it up.
