Silver Seiko watch with black leather strap

I lost my silver Seiko watch yesterday around 3pm on Market Street near the riverfront in downtown Wheeling, in the Northern Panhandle. It's a 42mm stainless steel case with a black dial and a genuine black leather strap; the glass has a tiny scratch at the 2 o'clock position, and the back is engraved with my initials 'RP'.
