Description
Lost my gray tote bag yesterday around 3pm near the Starbucks on Market Street in downtown Wheeling, in the Northern Panhandle. It's a medium-sized canvas tote with a bright red fabric strap, and on the front there’s a small blue enamel bicycle pin. Inside, there’s a blue-covered notebook, a handwritten note, and a compact umbrella—plus a charger cord in the outer pocket. It means a lot to me; it belonged to my grandmother and has sentimental value. If anyone found it, please reach out. I’d really appreciate getting it back.

How to safely get your item back

- Request a clear photo of the item from an angle you did not post.
- Do not pay any release, shipping, or storage fee.

Meet in a safe, public place
- Police stations, café entrances, transport hubs, and shop foyers all work.

- Avoid private homes, car parks at night, or isolated locations.
Bring someone with you
- Tell a friend or family member where you are meeting and when.
