I found a black velvet evening gown with silver sequin detailing this morning around 10:10am in the lobby of the Northeast SD Convention Center, near the Main Street entrance by the escalators. It's floor-length, size 6-8, with a fitted bodice and a small side zipper. The satin lining has a pale gold sheen, and there's a tiny monogram 'P.P.' embroidered on the inside near the zipper, plus one removable crystal bead on the left shoulder strap. It was resting on a chair by the coat rack, and I figured someone might be missing it after last night's gala.
