Found a navy blue Samsonite carry-on this morning around 9:15am near the Union Pacific train station parking lot on E 4th Street in North Platte. The suitcase is in decent condition but has a few scuffs on the corners and a bold red luggage tag that says 'K Rivera' on the handle—pretty unique. Inside, the lining is grey with a small dotted pattern, and I spotted a sticker from a local college band on the pocket.
