I found a small brass pocket watch this afternoon around 2:15pm in the Walmart parking lot on S Dewey St, North Platte. It's a vintage-looking piece with a tarnished brass case, a cracked glass face, and a dark brown leather fob. On the back there’s an engraving: initials 'J.S.' and a tiny star-shaped scratch near the edge.
