Black leather belt with silver owl buckle

I found a black leather belt this afternoon around 1:30pm near the CVS Pharmacy on 4th Street in North Platte. It's about 38 inches long, genuine leather, with a distinctive silver owl buckle and a small scratch along the edge from wear. I found it lying on the sidewalk by the entrance and picked it up to help the owner find it. If this looks like yours, message me and we can arrange a pickup downtown near the post office.
