I lost my dog's collar while we were out for a walk near the park in North Mississippi yesterday. It’s a bright blue color and has a small bone-shaped tag with my phone number on it. My dog does not like being outside without it, and I'm really worried it might have fallen off somewhere along the path. If anyone finds it, please reach out!
Lost dog: grey/white terrier with red collar
I lost my grey-and-white terrier yesterday around 3pm near Barnes Crossing Mall in Tupelo. He's about 40 pounds, short-coated, with one floppy ear and a white heart-shaped patch on his chest, and he wears a red nylon collar with a small round tag that has my phone number. He can be shy around people but is incredibly friendly once he warms up. He bolted when a loud car backfired near the Belk entrance and wandered toward the West Main Street neighborhood; I haven’t seen him since. I found a blue hardcover edition of The Great Gatsby this afternoon around 4:15pm outside Square Books on the Oxford Square in downtown Oxford, North Mississippi. It's a Penguin Classics edition, blue cloth cover with gold lettering on the spine, and a bright yellow bookmark sticking out between pages. There's a faint coffee ring on the front cover and a small crease on the bottom corner. Inside, there's a sticky note with the name 'Alex' and a phone number tucked between pages 88 and 89, which should be a good clue for the owner. If this is your book, I'm happy to get it back to you.
