I found a navy blue floor-length evening gown this afternoon around 3:15pm on Neville Street outside Newcastle Central Station. It's a women's formal gown, size M, with a satin belt and a subtle silver sequin trim along the neckline. The fabric is smooth crepe with a soft sheen, and there’s a small satin bow at the back of the waist. Inside, there is a label that reads 'Eliza Rae' and the initials 'C.K.' on a fabric tag, which I think could help identify the owner.
