Gold ring with ruby, engraved inside, lost in NYC

I was wearing a slim 14k gold ring with a small ruby on top and a tiny engraving on the inside that reads 'M + A'. I lost it yesterday around 3:15pm near Grand Central Terminal's main concourse, possibly dropped on the marble floor near the information desk or the 42nd Street entrance. It’s in decent condition but has sentimental value since it was a gift from my mom. If anyone found it, please reach out—I'd really appreciate getting it back.
