Black Samsonite carry-on with red tag and blue strap

Yesterday around 3pm I was at Grand Central Terminal in New York City, rushing to catch a train, when my black Samsonite carry-on disappeared from the luggage rack near the 42nd Street entrance. It's a hard-shell bag about the size of a standard carry-on, with a red luggage tag and a bright blue strap wrapped around the top handle. There's a small NYC skyline sticker on the front and my initials AO stamped inside the pocket. The bag contains work documents and a family photo album, so it's really sentimental to me and I'm hoping to get it back.
