Tan leather tote with gold hardware found downtown Nashville

I found a tan leather tote this afternoon around 3:15pm near the Ryman Auditorium on Broadway. It's a medium-sized bag, about 14 inches wide and 12 inches tall, with gold-tone hardware and a small MK logo tag on the zipper pull. Inside is blush-pink lining and a lipstick mark on the inner pocket, plus a laminated tag with the initials 'A.R.' and a coffee ring on the bottom corner.
