Found brown leather briefcase with initials 'J.S.' near beach access path at Myrtle Beach.

I found a brown leather briefcase while walking along the beach access path near Myrtle Beach. The briefcase seems to have been left behind after a day at the beach. It's in good condition and has a few visible marks but looks quite sturdy. There are some initials, 'J.S.', engraved on the handle.
