Found vintage hand-painted ceramic vase with vibrant floral designs on a bench near a park in Muncie.

I found a lovely hand-painted ceramic vase while walking in a park near Muncie. It appears to be quite vintage and has vibrant floral designs all around. It was sitting on a bench, and I couldn't find anyone nearby who seemed to be missing it. The colors are really bright, and it has a shiny glaze which makes it even more striking. I would love to return it to its owner if they can describe it!
