Found blood glucose meter with blue case

I found a blood glucose meter this afternoon around 2:15 pm in the parking lot behind Ball Memorial Hospital on West University Ave, Muncie. It’s in a blue plastic case with a light gray sleeve and a small white paw-print sticker on the front. The meter's screen is clear and the case shows a bit of wear, but everything looks intact. I know how important this is for daily health, so I’d like to help get it back to its owner.
