US passport in burgundy cover with blue sleeve

I lost my US passport yesterday around 3pm near the Safeway on West Broadway in Moses Lake. It's in a burgundy US passport with a blue leather sleeve; the sleeve is a little scuffed from travel. The passport itself is standard size, and the back cover has a small coffee ring and a slight crease along the bottom-left edge. This item is important to me because it contains my ID and travel pages, and I really need it back before my trip next week.
