Tan terrier mix found near Walmart Moses Lake

I found a small tan terrier mix this afternoon around 4:15pm in the Walmart parking lot on North Stratford Road in Moses Lake. It’s about 15 pounds, with a white patch on the chest and a tiny scar behind the right ear. The dog wears a bright blue collar with a bone-shaped tag that reads Milo and shows a phone number on the back. He responds to 'Buddy' when you call him and seems friendly, though a bit shy. He has a slight limp in the left hind leg and seems well cared for. I’m keeping him safe here while I help locate the owner.
