Found blue Ray-Ban Wayfarer sunglasses near Moses Lake Library

I found these blue Ray-Ban Wayfarer sunglasses this afternoon around 2:45pm behind the Moses Lake Public Library on Main Street. They have a deep blue frame with a silver double-bar temple design and 'RB' etched on the inside of the left temple. The left lens has a tiny scratch and the frame shows light wear, but the lenses look clear and the fit is comfortable. If these belong to someone, I’d love to help get them back.
