Black Garmin smartwatch with red band

I lost my black Garmin smartwatch with a red silicone band yesterday around 3pm in downtown Moses Lake. It's a Garmin Forerunner 45 with a 42mm face, and the screen has a few light scratches. The left side bezel has a tiny dent and the red band shows minor fraying near the buckle. I last saw it near the Public Library on 3rd Ave and outside the Starbucks on Main Street. It has sentimental value—this was a gift from my sister—and I’m really hoping someone found it and can return it.
