Android tablet in blue rugged case with charger

This afternoon around 2:15pm I found an Android tablet in the Moses Lake Public Library parking lot off S. Custer Way. It’s in a blue rugged silicone case with a small crack along the bottom edge and a chipped corner near the charging port. The screen is cracked in the lower-right corner but still usable, and there’s a wallpaper with a mountain landscape. I picked it up and kept it safe in my gym bag since no one was nearby.
