Hand-painted ceramic wall plaque with forest scene

Found a hand-painted ceramic wall plaque this afternoon around 2:30pm behind the Morgantown Public Library on Main Street. It's about 8x12 inches, with a deep teal glaze and a forest scene—greens and gold accents. There’s a small fox painted in the lower right corner and a faint artist signature, 'L. Nguyen', along the bottom edge. The glaze has a tiny craze crack at the bottom, but otherwise it's in good condition.
