I found these silver-tone hoop earrings this afternoon around 3:45 pm behind the Capitol on Dexter Avenue, Montgomery. They're about 1 inch in diameter, with a row of tiny clear crystals along the outer edge. The back has a tiny engraving of an 'A' inside a heart, a small but unique identifying mark. They’re in decent condition, slight tarnish on the back from exposure to weather. It looks like someone treasured them; I’d love to get them back to their owner if you can identify them.
