I lost my sister, Lila Chen, yesterday around 8pm in Monroe. She's about 5'4", slender, with shoulder-length black hair, and wears a bright pink hoodie with a white star, gray jeans, and white sneakers. She also wears a blue bead bracelet on her left wrist and has a small dragon tattoo behind her right ear. She wears black-framed glasses. We last saw her near the Monroe Town Center by the fountain, then possibly headed toward the river trail behind the farmers market. She doesn't have her phone, and she has a medical condition, so I'm really worried about her safety — please message me if you spot her.
