It's adjustable for small-to-medium dogs, with a reflective stripe and a tiny white paw-print charm on the buckle. The edge has a small fray and the metal D-ring shows a light scratch from a leash. I lost my silver iPhone 12 Pro Max yesterday around 3pm in Monroe. It was in a blue OtterBox case with a panda sticker on the back and a cracked screen that's still mostly usable. The last place I remember using it was the Monroe Public Library on Oak Street, then I swung by the cafe next to Monroe City Hall before realizing it was gone.
