Red Bose portable Bluetooth speaker with charger

I found a red Bose portable Bluetooth speaker this afternoon around 4:15pm outside the Monroe Public Library on Jefferson Street. It's in decent condition with a few scratches on the plastic casing and a braided black USB-C charging cable still plugged into the side. The back panel has a small blue sticker with a cartoon cat, and the bottom edge shows the initials 'JA' written in marker—easy to spot once you know what to look for.
