I found a navy blue scarf this afternoon around 2:30 pm behind the Vintage Faire Mall on McHenry Avenue in Modesto. It’s a soft wool blend, about 60 inches long with fringed ends, and a small embroidered compass on the lower corner for a unique touch. It’s in good condition with no visible pulls or stains. The label reads 'Horizon,' and there’s a subtle teal thread woven through the seam near the hem that helps it stand out.
