Black velvet evening gown with crystal belt

I lost my black velvet evening gown yesterday around 6:15pm after the charity gala at the Milwaukee Club, just outside the Pfister Hotel on Wisconsin Ave in downtown Milwaukee. It's a black velvet Adrianna Papell gown, size 6, with a detachable crystal-embellished belt that really elevates the waist. There’s a faint wine stain along the outer hem. The gown was a gift from my grandmother and still means a lot to me; I’m really hoping to get it back.
