Sea-green travel guide to Miami

I lost my sea-green paperback travel guide to Miami yesterday around 3pm. It's about 200 pages, from Little District Press, with a palm tree on the cover and a coffee stain on the back. I last had it outside Brickell City Centre on S. Brickell Ave, near the Metromover entrance. Inside there’s a folded map page of Little Havana and a yellow sticky note tucked between pages with a doodle and the words 'call me'—a goofy detail I can’t forget. It was a gift from my aunt and has sentimental value; I really need it back. If found, I’d be forever grateful and will cover postage or meet up anywhere in Miami / Dade.
