Found dark green medium-sized puffer jacket with unique stitch pattern on collar near Zilker Park.

I found a dark green puffer jacket while walking my dog near Zilker Park in Meridian yesterday afternoon. It looked new and appears to be a size medium. There are no visible tags or identifiers, but it has a unique stitch pattern on the collar. If it belongs to you, please describe it to claim it!
