Navy tote bag with whale pin

I found a navy blue canvas tote with a tan leather bottom and brass zipper this afternoon around 3:45pm in the parking lot behind the Merced Mall on G Street, near the food court. It has a small light-blue enamel pin in the shape of a whale on the front pocket, and the inside lining is bright yellow and white stripes. Inside there’s a gray notebook with a doodle on the cover and a reusable water bottle. It seems sentimental and probably used daily; I’d love to get it back to its owner if you think this might be yours.
